As Soo, hes driving home, hes falling in and out of consciousness, instead of pulling over and falling asleep, or calling a cab to come to his rescue,He makes his biggest mistake, he decides to just go for it and make it home. As hes driving his eyes close for just a second and bam, He hits the cyclist. Cyclists, flips in the air, and smashes on the ground, and then dies. Carlos says to himself, **** I im in deep ****. I think hes alright tho, ill just make it home. Folks thats what really happened.
He deserves some jail time but c'mon, its an accident, stop trying to railroad the guy. if u think more than 5 years in the slammer is necessary, go **** yourself,They should put u in the slammer for your sins Mother ****er. He who is free of sin, shall cast the first stone. What is the difference between Donte Stallworth, and Carlos Bertonatti? Hmmm I know, one of them called the police right after the accident. People respond differently to different situations. So to all u haters, **** yourselves in the ass. And u know what i think cyclists should be banned from the roadways. If there isnt a bicycle path,go to the park. Bycycles are meant for the sidewalks and cars are for the street. so if u cant ride on the sidewalk, dont ride at all. Wrong Place Wrong Time for the cyclist who is now at peace in heaven laughing and enjoying himself in the lords kingdom. Wrong Decisions and Poor Judgement for Bertonatti, who now has to live with this for the rest of his life and not to mention the 5 years he will get in the slammer. My heart goes out to both families, and Carlos stay strong, and ask for forgiveness from the bottom of your heart, God Loves You. And for all theses people wishing the worst upon you, dont mind them, they too will be judged.

In some respects it's a better posting then we've seen in the past, but overall it's still a "Let's blame the victim" type of post.

If he was going to go to Jesus for help, he could have done it on any of the previous times he's endangered people's lives; I'd bet he's done it hundreds if not thousands of times.
It gets under my skin when people think saying Jesus makes their argument automatically right.
