    Marchisio http://www.marchisioengineering.it/ have a system that allows you to build up any ratios you like as well as options to mix Campag and Shimano spacings and hubs if required.

    The 11 and 12 cogs come as a hub specific pair then the other cogs have Shimano/Campag adapter rings. You also need a set of spacers and a lock ring.
    Try Google to find a dealer who can help you pick all the bits you need to build up the custom cassette.
