Cross commuter this am was wearing tights with a white/light colored triangle down the leg, almost like a football players.
Any one else seen this? If so, any idea who carries it?

Biking coworker said they probably were not bike pants or tights but running warm ups, or cross country ski, or some other sport. That makes sense. Some of the running ones look pretty close, and especially the warm up covers.

Haven't seen any nice looking mens tights. But I have seen some nice looking womens tights. I think it has more to do with what's inside than the color scheme.

Tights/ pants/ leggings/ coverups/ whatever you want to call it. As it is getting colder there is more need for outerware. Family is starting to ask, "what would you like for Christmas"?
Looking for some good suggestions. I am riding just before sunrise and just after sunset, so I figured a moving splash of white would improve safety a tad.

Under Armour ColdGear leggings do a nice job. $30 on EBay. I got a green pair which I refer to as my Peter-Pan pants.

Got an illuminite jacket and not convinced in its value. Hope to do light test tonight.
Price is not an issue. The performance > click does not work with mozilla.
Ideally I would like to see some outerwear bottoms that are
-- windproof in front
-- water resistant, or water proof
-- add visibility
-- provide warmth for 10-20F rides
I would like to have these as backup, so if a storm rolls in I can not freeze on the ride home.

My favorite item of cycling clothing is my REI Headwind tights:
Tights is a misnomer; they are not tight anywhere on my body, though they closely follow it. Windstopping fabric on the front panels. These are as close to perfect as any I've ever seen. They are perfectly comfortable down to 20. I haven't been below that yet, but if it gets cold, then I add a pair of long underwear underneath.

I saw those and they do look nice. I was just looking for something with white/reflective highlighting. Funny you should mention those, I have that URL already as a bookmark.
