  • Aero and non-aero levers...
    By:admin
So as not to steal a thread below.... What's the difference between aero and non-aero levers? I have some old gold Modolo levers. The brake lines would come out through the top of the hood. Anything else you need to know?
I always thought aero levers are like the Dia Compe ones always used on TT bikes.

    Thanks,
    Cole

I think the ones where the cable runs along the handle bar provide greater braking power.

And you dont run the risk of getting your head entangled among the cables when riding in the drops

I really like that second picture of him slobbering in the drops. That's how I envision myself during a sprint.

You can see every mile etched on those road map legs of his.

The toughest nut ever.....tougher than Sean Yates, Phil Anderson and Andrei Tchmil.

His and Anderson's web sites are a bit disappointing regarding photos: both sites have got about 6 shots.

Know any other good sites with lots of great old photos like that?
