I had my acl replaced 1 yr. ago...also had a 80% seperation of the mcl and 2 tears in the meniscus. My doc chose not to repair the mcl during surgery which was 30 days after the injury...it was healin well enough. I am back at full strength...mcl seemed to produce the least concern from the doc during our discussions. Hope you have the same luck.
